F.E.M.E.work in the Community: Inspiring Youth to R.I.S.E.

On June 14, 2025, F.E.M.E.work had the privilege of partnering with the Oxford-Henderson Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to encourage and empower the remarkable youth of the Delta GEMS program.

Our Founder and CEO, Trina Rodriguez, delivered her dynamic presentation, “Mission R.I.S.E: From Fear to Fierce”, a powerful and engaging message designed to equip students with the tools to overcome fear, embrace their potential, and step boldly into their futures. The energy in the room was electric, and the students’ openness and enthusiasm made the day truly unforgettable.

Mission R.I.S.E—Reaching & Inspiring Student Excellence—is more than just a talk. It’s part of F.E.M.E.work’s commitment to inspiring young people to believe in themselves, take action toward their dreams, and develop the confidence to lead in their communities.

We’re grateful to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for the invitation and for the opportunity to pour into the next generation of leaders. F.E.M.E.work is proud to be on the R.I.S.E., and we look forward to continuing our mission of faith, education, motivation, and empowerment in communities everywhere.
