Services & What to Choose
4) What’s the difference between a keynote, a workshop, a Transformation Pathway, and Success Coaching?
-
Keynote: inspires around one theme (20–60 min).
-
Workshop: teaches a specific skill with practice (60–120 min).
-
Transformation Pathway: multi-session curriculum that changes behavior over weeks/months.
-
Success Coaching: 1:1 support with a personalized plan and accountability.
5) Do you customize content?
Yes. We align topics, examples, and activities to your goals, audience, and schedule.
6) What is Mission Rise?
Our flagship youth Transformation Pathway (grades 6–12) focused on confidence, goal-setting, leadership, resilience, and community impact.

Implementation & Logistics
7) How are programs delivered?
In-person, virtual, or hybrid. We offer F.E.M.E. Work-led, train-the-trainer, and co-facilitated models.
8) What cohort sizes and timelines do you recommend?
15–30 participants per cohort; 4–6, 8–12, or semester-long; 45–90 minutes per session.
9) Can you run during advisory, after school, or at a work offsite?
Yes. We fit advisory/homeroom blocks, after-school/evenings, PD days, lunch-and-learns, shifts, and offsites.
10) What do we need to provide?
A point of contact, space/tech (or platform), roster, schedule access, and basic communications.
Outcomes, Measurement & Reporting
11) How do you measure impact?
Light-lift data: brief pre/post checks (5–8 items), attendance, simple facilitator/observer notes, and goal/milestone tracking.
12) What results can we expect?
Recent cohorts show:
-
84–88% higher self-efficacy (confidence)
-
73–81% at least one meaningful goal completed
-
12–18% improved attendance/retention (context-dependent)
-
4.6–4.8/5 session satisfaction
13) What reporting do we receive?
A concise outcomes snapshot (metrics + narrative) and, on request, a stakeholder slide deck.

Yes—when required by schools or partners.
15) Are sessions accessible?
Materials are readable; captions/transcripts and language support are available upon request.

Pricing, Funding & Sponsorship
18) How does pricing work?
