7) How are programs delivered?
In-person, virtual, or hybrid. We offer F.E.M.E. Work-led, train-the-trainer, and co-facilitated models.

8) What cohort sizes and timelines do you recommend?
15–30 participants per cohort; 4–6, 8–12, or semester-long; 45–90 minutes per session.

Yes. We fit advisory/homeroom blocks, after-school/evenings, PD days, lunch-and-learns, shifts, and offsites.

A point of contact, space/tech (or platform), roster, schedule access, and basic communications.
