Success Coaching: 1:1 support with a personalized plan and accountability.

Implementation & Logistics

7) How are programs delivered?
In-person, virtual, or hybrid. We offer F.E.M.E. Work-led, train-the-trainer, and co-facilitated models.

8) What cohort sizes and timelines do you recommend?
15–30 participants per cohort; 4–6, 8–12, or semester-long; 45–90 minutes per session.

Yes. We fit advisory/homeroom blocks, after-school/evenings, PD days, lunch-and-learns, shifts, and offsites.

A point of contact, space/tech (or platform), roster, schedule access, and basic communications.

Recent cohorts show:
-
84–88% higher self-efficacy (confidence)

73–81% at least one meaningful goal completed

12–18% improved attendance/retention (context-dependent)
-
4.6–4.8/5 session satisfaction

A concise outcomes snapshot (metrics + narrative) and, on request, a stakeholder slide deck.

Safety, Accessibility & Boundaries

Yes—when required by schools or partners.

15) Are sessions accessible?
Materials are readable; captions/transcripts and language support are available upon request.

17) How do you handle data privacy?
